Having trained many athletes from amateur status to professional, one thing I have noticed is that everyone can benefit from using a weighted vest. Not only athletes, but the average layperson also gets great results from using a weight vest. The Uni‐Vest is something that actually works. Iíve used it in speed and power training for explosive athletic movements. I have used it in building general work‐capacity for the total body. Iíve even used it in developing balance, flexibility, and coordination. The Uni‐Vest helped me a great deal in my playing days of college and arena football. It has helped many of my personal training clients strengthen and tone muscle while increasing work capacity and burning calories. The little things add up in life and carrying around a few extra pounds adds up in a hurry.
