Bow Poles™
Bow Poles™ are a must. They can be held in one or both hands to aid in maintaining balance while training. They are also an extremely useful tool for gaining confidence as well as for added safety when trying to master new exercises for all levels. Move from two Bow Poles™ to one, touching the ground only when needed, or use the poles like counter weights to help maintain balance. The rubber tips reduce sliding and protect the floor from damage.
