The XL Speed/Sprint Vest™ (Long) was first designed for the Pittsburgh Steelers. It is designed to fit large to xxxlarge bodies. It is intended for running, jumping, and intense training. This is the best training tool for track and field events, basketball, soccer, football, baseball, and volleyball. It can be loaded to 18 pounds with one weight per pocket and to 35 pounds with two weights per pocket.
