Liane Seiwald IFBB Professional Fitness/Figure Athlete, Sports Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer and Mom of 2! She has been living(and loving) the fitness life and teaching others for nearly 15 years. Her focus on fitness has been training athletes for competitive sports, enhancing job performance to fire and police departments as well as teaching health to special population, and casual exercisers. She has extensive experience in one on one training, group exercise and corporate speaking and advertising. She currently is active in her sport of Professional Fitness and travels throughout the world promoting health and fitness for various fitness companies at seminars and trade events. She also carries specialized certifications in nutrition, exercise development and motivational techniques. In addition to her traveling work, she owns and maintains her Fitness Studio in Golden, Colorado (Every Body Nutrition and Training) where she trains her clientele in personalized exercise and nutrition programs. She has Boot Camp classes at Red Rocks Amphitheater that feature the best altitude training and weighted resistance training for health and functionality in sport to and career. Thru her business she helps develop and implement nutrition and training programs for fire and police departments in Colorado, Enhancing health and safety to their personnel. Liane has been featured in Rocky Mountain News, Denver Post, Vegetarian Times, Flex Magazine, Ironman Magazine, The Westword, NPC News, 9 News, NBC news, just to name a few, for her role in Fitness, Nutrition, Education, Boot Camp Classes as well as her personal business.



Liane Seiwald was the womens winner of the Ironwear Challenge at the 2007 IHRSA show in San Fransico.Her favorite Ironwear product is the Cool Vest which she has incorporated into her own training of others. Liane is also helping to develop new Ironwear products for police and fire fighters.
