We've been training with the Ironwear vest and shorts for several years. We find it superior to other products on the market for it's comfort, conformity, and high quality. The flexible weights make it possible to move naturally during full body movements and the intense training sessions we put ourselves and athletes through. We like the gradual progression with the lighter flexible weights. We do a lot of work with kettlebells, and find that the vest and shorts are a geat compliment to this type of training.
