The NEW 56 Pound Uni-Vest™ Short Max-System™ lets you set up the System for whatever amount of weight you want. The System gives you the ability to quickly switch the amount of weight between high and low without removing or adding individual weights. The layered design is easy to put on and take off, even at the maximum loading.

The NEW 56 Pound Uni-Vest™ Short Max-System™ allows you to work out with 2 to 56 pounds. Use both layers for heavy loads from 4 to 56 pounds and then quickly shed a layer to and continue to work out with just the NEW Uni-Vest™ set from 2 to 28 pounds.

For example, you can do your stationary heavily loaded exercises such as squats, push-ups and pull-ups with the two layers set at a high load and then in less than a minute shed the Under-Vest layer and you are ready for non-stationary exercises, such as running, in the thin NEW Uni-Vest set from 2- 28 pounds.

The NEW 56 Pound Uni-Vest™ Short Max-System™ is safer and simpler to put on and take off than other heavily weighted vests. Put the weight on in layers, then connect the simple attachment flaps and you are ready to go. To take it off, remove the system as one vest or detach the flaps and remove it in layers.

Individual ½ pound plus patented Soft Flex-Metal® Weights fit into unique stretch pockets which hold the weights securely on all sides. The soft rubber weights can be evenly distributed over the vest and bend with your body. Each of the pockets will stretch to hold one or two weights securely.

The NEW 56 Pound Uni-Vest™ Short Max-System™ fits tighter and provides more comfort that any other vest system. The Soft Flex-Metal® Weights conform to the shape of your body and become one with your body. In case of a fall the weights protect against the impact.

The NEW 56 Pound Uni-Vest™ Short Max-System™'s proprietary oversized overlapping elastic strapping system holds the vest securely to almost any size torso while allowing for expansion and contraction of the chest during rigorous exercise. Flex-metal® patented weight inserts are much safer than any other weights and do not push into your body. Metal bars can be extremely dangerous if you fall and they move around during exercise. Metal bars also block your movement and can not be used comfortably for floor exercises. Shot and sand bags although less dangerous move around and bulge out causing localized high pressure areas which can chafe and bruise, and are also not suitable for floor exercises.

Flex-metal® patented weight inserts are only ½ inch thick, 2 inches wide and 4 ½ inches long.
