The new UNDER-VEST™ patented new design from IRONWEAR® makes it possible to double the weight of your existing Long Uni-Vest™. The New UNDER-VEST™ is a padded liner that fits under and connects to your Long Uni-Vest™ and has pockets 38 for 76 additional 1/2-pound Flex-metal® weights.

The New UNDER-VEST™ Long is a great up grade for your Long Uni-Vest™ and is an ideal way to add more padding or to carry more weight. The New UNDER-VEST™ Long allows you to quickly set up your vest the way you want for two different weights. Just like the Uni-Vest™, the New UNDER-VEST™ is adjustable in ½ pound increments with the same soft Flex-metal® weights.

The New UNDER-VEST™ Long system is safer to put on and take off than other heavily weighted vests. The unique design allows you to put the weight on in layers, then connect the simple attachment flaps and you are ready for rigorous exercise. To take it off, remove the system as one vest or detach the flaps to remove it in lighter layers.

The New UNDER-VEST™ Llong itself can weigh up to 40 pounds and the system, when combined with the long Uni-Vest™, has a maximum weight of 80 pounds.



The New UNDER-VEST™ Long 21 lb. Kit comes with the New UNDER-VEST™ Long and 38 Flex-metal® weights. This is enough to put one weight in each of the 38 pockets and takes the Long UNDER-VEST™ to 21 pounds, including the UNDER-VEST™ Long shell which weighs approximately 2 pounds.

The New UNDER-VEST™ Long does not have any waist belts, instead it has connecting tabs at the waist and heavily padded shoulder connectors to connect it securely to the Long Uni-Vest™. The UNDER-VEST™ is not designed to be worn by itself.
