The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ is IRONWEAR®'s latest women's vest design created to contour to a women's shape without putting unwanted pressure on her chest and to be extremely easy to setup and use.

The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ has a unique design that conforms to the form of the body and supports the weights without putting unwanted downward pressure on the breasts. The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ is fully adjustable so that it can have a snug tailored fit for a wide range of chest and torso shape and sizes.

The New Women's Zipper Front Vest™'s Contour-fit™ design conforms to the curves of your back, front, and side, while the soft Flex-metal® weights bend easily to constantly match your shape and stay in place as you move.

The New Women's Zipper Front Vest™ front is constructed of a stretch bra top with abdominal weight positioned below the chest. The height of the vest can be adjusted easily to correctly position the abdominal weight just below the breasts. The bra top is soft and can stretch to accommodate a wide range of cup sizes. The front weights are supported by the sides and belting system and no weights are positioned on or against the breast area. The New Women's Zipper Front Vest™ waist adjustment belts are out of the way and connect in the back of the vest. Once the size is set, the vest just zippers on or off like a jacket and does not require lifting the vest over the head to put it on. This makes putting the vest on easier and makes it possible to use higher loading that would otherwise be difficult to put on if it had to be lifted over your head. The zipper front design does not interfere with hairstyle, earrings, or other jewelry when it is put on or taken off.



The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ is easy to setup and tailor to your exact form.

1. First unzipped the vest and put it on. Then have someone disconnect the waist straps from the back of the vest completely so they hang free on the sides. (The belts are double locking so they must be released from the end of the belt and from the sides of the vest).

2. Then zipper up the vest and have someone connect the waist belts on the back.

3. Next adjust the shoulder straps so the abdominal weights are correctly positioned just below your chest, flat on your stomach.

4. Have someone reattach the waist belts so they are snug and comfortable.

Then you are ready to go. From now on you should be able to just use the zipper in the front to attach the vest. (Once exercising, if you do find the vest is too tight or too loose, you can simply remove it and make the adjustment yourself or leave it on and have someone assist you to readjust it).



The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ adjusts easily to accommodate a wide range of heights and chest sizes and is ideal for women with larger chest sizes of for those concerned with downward pressure on their chest. The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ includes the two patented Double-lock™ padded shoulder straps, which allow you to adjust the bra area up and down easily. The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ can quickly be adjusted to fit women from below 5 feet to over 6 feet tall.

The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ helps to support your abdominal and back muscles with IRONWEAR®'s patented full waist support system. Two over-sized stretch belts lock the vest under your chest and hold the abdominal weights against your stomach muscles. The belts also hold the lower back weights against your back to support your lower back muscles.

The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™ can be used to help you improve your posture by pulling your shoulders back while at the same time lifting and counter weighting your chest. Because a women's body is often heavier on the front than the back, over time the extra weight on the front causes her shoulders to rest forward. The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ allows you to add more weight to the back of the vest to counter the weight in front, lift up your chest, and pull back your shoulders to help improve your posture.

The vest's Contour-fit™ design is ultra thin and snug so that the vest will not interfere with the movement of the body. The adjustable padded shoulders provide maximum flexibility, support, and comfort. The Contour-fit™ system makes it possible for the arms to raise completely so that the vest can be used while playing sports, running, or just walking without interference. The Women's Zipper Front Vest™'s thin design can also be worn easily under sweats or other loose clothing.

The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ includes IRONWEAR®'s patented Flex-metal® weights which are the safest, most comfortable, and best fitting weights possible. The weights are thin and flexible and contour to the shape of the wearer. The weights act as padding in case of a fall. In addition the weights are also interchangeable and can be used in a variety of other IRONWEAR® products.

The new Women's Zipper Front Vest™'s Double-lock™ belting system locks both the end of the belts and the edges of the vest to prevent vest movement during even the most rigorous exercises, while the oversized overlapping stretch belts holds the vest securely to almost any torso size (from under 24 inches to over 50 inches). The system holds the vest and weights firmly against the body while still allowing the vest to expand to accommodate breathing.

The New Women's Zipper Front Vest™ is easy to clean. The outer surface is ballistic nylon laminate that provides padding, strength, and easy cleaning. The inner surface is a soft knitted noon laminate for comfort and durability. The outer surface can be wiped clean easily and dries quickly. The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ can be hand washed with the weights inside or machine washed with the weights removed.

The vest's Stretch-fit™ inner pockets hold the weights securely on all sides and keep them from shifting. The inner pocket design makes it impossible for the weights to come loose while you exercise. Because no hardware or Velcro is used to hold the weights in place, the vest is safer, longer lasting, thinner and more flexible.

The Women's Zipper Front Vest™ has 18 weight pockets into which one or two 1/2 pound soft Flex-metal® weights can be inserted. The vest comes with one weight per pocket and the vest shell itself weighs approximately one pound. The vest can be adjusted from 1 to 19 pounds.

The vest will accept up to 36 1/2 pound Flex-metal® weights for a total of 18 pounds, 19 pounds with the shell.
